With this project in Winnipeg, we excavated a cracked asphalt lane for a townhouse complex, then prepared the base by providing road base gravel, grading and compaction. Once the base preparation is complete we then paved the laneway with asphalt using a paving machine. We also installed speed bumps to slow down traffic.
